Delivery is available in the Republic of Croatia and in the European Union (except Cyprus and Malta) and USA. Delivery of products is within 4 to 5 business days for all places in the Republic of Croatia. For the countries of the European Union, the delivery deadline is up to 15 business days. Delivery to USA is up to 20 business days. Sundays and holidays are not included in delivery time. For orders that the buyer pays for by a payment slip or Internet Banking, the period for delivery starts from the moment when Asteria, obrt za šivanje, vl. Veronika Vuković, receive payment on their bank account. For orders that the buyer pays with a credit card, the delivery deadline is 2 days after the order has been accepted.

DELIVERY COSTS

Delivery in the Republic of Croatia is 25,00 HRK. Delivery in the Republic of Croatia is free for orders over 450,00 HRK or 60,00 €.

Delivery costs for EU countries:

Delivery in the countries of the European Union is free for orders over 1125,00 HRK or 150,00 €. Delivery to USA is free for orders over 1500,00 HRK or 200,00 €.

The buyer is obliged to check for any damage upon picking up the products and immediately advertise them to the deliverer who delivered the products and refuse to take over the shipment on which tere is visible external damage. The seller is not liable for damages occurring in the domain of the delivery service but will, in agreement with them, resolve the situation to the customer's satisfaction.

Delivery takes place up to the entrance of the housing object of the desired address. In the case of a residential building, the deliverer is not obliged to carry products to the floor where the buyer is located, but to the entrance of the building. Delivery is carried out by companies that provide transport services.

If the buyer does not receive any notice of delivery from the seller of the delivery service, 20 days after making the order, the buyer must notify the seller so the seller may take action to find or replace the shipment.
