Why do I have to enter my personal information and are they safe?

Personal information are collected for order and delivery purposes. Personal data protection is governed by Privacy Policy.

Do I have to be a registered customer to complete the purchase?

No, but if you register, you can track all your existing orders, create a wish list, save all your payment and delivery information to make your next purchases faster and you can receive our newsletter with the latest offers and benefits.

I forgot my password?

To reset the password, just login to your user profile, click the ‘Forgot My Password’ link and follow the instructions sent to the email address you specified when registering.

How to buy a product?

Find the product you want by choosing a category within the menu, choose the size and add the product to the shopping bag. Once your shopping bag contains all the wished products, select the ‘View Cart’, menu at the top right of the screen and choose ‘Order’ that will guide you to the payment instructions and delivery of your order.

What are the possible payment methods?

For the buyers from Croatia, the following payment methods are available: general payment slip, credit cards, online banking, cash on delivery and PayPal. For the buyers from EU the payment is possible by credit cards only via the webshop and by PayPal.  The buyer is responsible for the currency conversion costs.

To which countries does Asteria deliver orders via webshop?

Asteria delivers to countries of the European Union except Cyprus and Malta.

How many days will it take for my package to be delivered?

Delivery for Croatia takes up to 3 working days, and delivery to EU countries is up to 10 working days.

What are the delivery costs?

Do I have to pay customs fees or any other additional charges for my order?

Additional charges and customs costs are possible depending on the country you live in. Customers are responsible for paying any customs duties or additional charges that may apply to your shipment. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information.
