CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
These terms of purchase define the procedure for ordering, paying, delivering and refunding or claiming the products offered on our website. The buyer of goods is a visitor to our web store that selects at least one product, fills out an electronic order form and sends it to the Seller.
Minimum order is 1.00 HRK.

ORDERING AND CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
Ordering of the products is possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Ordering procedure:
CANCELING THE ORDER
If the ordered product is not available or it can not be delivered, for any reason, the seller will inform the buyer (by e-mail, in a written way or telephone) about the mentioned. The buyer may accept a new delivery deadline, cancel the order or choose another product. If the buyer decides to cancel the order, the seller will return the money within seven business days since the day the order is canceled. If the Buyer decides to terminate the contract before the product is sent, the costs will not be charged. If the buyer decides to return the product after receiving it, the refund or replacement of the product will be made within seven business days since the date of receipt of the product in Asteria, obrt za šivanje, vl. RETURN, REPLACE, CANCELING THE CONTRACT
The buyer has the right to return products within 14 days (from the date when the decision on unilateral termination of the contract is sent) without giving reasons why. There are two options when buyer returns goods: replacement for another product or refund of the paid amount (unilateral termination of the contract).
REPLACEMENT
The buyer may replace the product within 14 days (from the date of decision to unilaterally terminate the contract) without giving any reason, for other product. The replacement product may have the same, lower or higher price. When the replacement product price is lower, the overpayment is returned to the buyer in the manner in which the buyer has made the payment. When the replacement product price is higher, the buyer and seller will agree on the manner in which the buyer wishes to make a supplement. When the seller receives a product that the buyer returns and the buyer wants a replacement product, the seller shall deliver it within 3-10 business days of receiving the refund. When returning the product, it is necessary to return the product in the undamaged, original packaging with a declaration to the address: Asteria, obrt za šivanje, vl. Veronika Vuković, Stjepana Radića 111, 44321 Banova Jaruga, Croatia.
The buyer is responsible for impairing the value of the purchased product, which is the result of its use and handling.

CANCELING THE CONTRACT
The buyer can, without giving any reason, return the product within 14 days (from the date the product was received) and demand a refund of the paid amount, ie unilaterally terminate the contract. In order for the buyer to realize the right to unilaterally terminate the contract, he must inform the seller of this decision before the expiry of the term. A statement must be sent in writing or by electronic mail, specifying the first and last name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. The buyer returns the item without unnecessary delay, no later than 14 days (from the day he has made a decision to the unilateral termination of the contract). The seller will make a refund after receiving the product or after the customer sends proof that the product was sent to the seller. The refund of the paid amount is the same as the buyer paid.
According to the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer is liable to bear the direct costs of returning the goods if he / she uses his / her right to unilaterally terminate the contract. The buyer is responsible for any impairment of the product resulting from the handling of the goods, except for what was needed to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the product.
Seller is required, without delay, to provide buyer with confirmation of receipt of notice of unilateral termination of contract by electronic mail. The seller and the buyer will agree on all matters directly and in agreement, and if the buyer is dissatisfied with the outcome, he can file a private complaint.
COMPLAINTS
The buyer is entitled to claim if the delivered products do not match, by quality and quantity, to the products that are ordered. The buyer is entitled to claim within 5 days from the date of receipt of the order.
Quantitative complaint is only accepted if the advertised product is originally wrapped up. Before sending a product to a complaint, you must write a written explanation of the reason for the complaint. In the case of a justified complaint, the buyer returns the Product to the seller at the seller's expense. The seller is obligated to return to the buyer a prepayment plus the legal default interest, no later than within 7 days from the date of termination of the contract. When the seller receives a product, the quality control procedure is followed to determine what is the problem with the product and whether it is possible to repair it.
The deadline for complaint settlement is 14 working days from receipt of the complaint. The seller is not liable for mechanical damage to the packaging created during the delivery.
REMARKS AND COMPLAINTS
Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer may file a written objection by mail or electronic mail. All remarks and complaints will be answered by the seller within a maximum of 14 days from the day of receipt of the remarks and complaints.
